Who am I?
I am Kelly Boggs. I inspire, encourage and empower individuals, and organizations, to aspire to quintessential performance in life and work.
I am a husband, father, grandfather, keynote speaker, trainer, and coach.
My professional resume is quite eclectic. I have been a pastor, featured columnist for a national publication, CEO/editor of a news journal, state legislative liaison for a large religious organization, and a fundraiser.
I grew up in Central Texas near Austin. My upbringing was very middle class. My parents worked hard all their lives. They instilled in me the values of faith, family and integrity. I still can hear my father saying:
"Do what you said you would do, always, regardless of the cost."
"Always do the right thing, the right way, and things will work out."
"Hide and watch, son, just hide and watch." This he said, to indicate I should be silent, watch, and learn.
My collective experiences - good, bad, and ugly - have brought me to where I am in my life. I hope these experiences have coalesced into some semblance of wisdom. It is this wisdom I hope will allow me to inspire, encourage, and empower individuals, and organizations, to aspire to quintessential performance.
